Tell everyone about this who is hesitant about supporting McCain!!!!!! When I just checked, there are 2848 signatures, which is not at all good enough! (Where did I go wrong? I've mentioned this a lot in comments on political forums, and emails, lately . . . )

www.petitiononline.com/JDAlvey1/petition.htmlThis is what it's all about: "Be it known, therefore, that although Sen. John McCain may enjoy default immunity from criminal prosecution because of Senate inaction, he must still answer to the People. This petition is not a mere expression of public opinion, but an invitation to action in civil court. The signors are, thus, strongly encouraged to email their contact information to ja.repository@gmail.com for the purpose of class action lawsuit. Qualified attorneys interested in representing the petitioners should contact petitiononline.com and jalvey.counsel@gmail.com. " I have been trying to search for information on the FEC sham with regard to having not placed committee members to at least make up a quoram (4 out of 6 members). I came across this complaint that was filed with the FEC in March 2008 by someone other than the petitioneer mentioned above- www.democrats.org/a/2008/03/another_fec_com.phpBe sure to scroll down below the video and click on "here" to see the fulll official complaint filed. Again, as creationist has pointed out in his post, in the last paragraph of the above petition it states- McCain may enjoy default immunity from " criminal prosecution" because of Senate inaction. I had also read that the democrats have held up the nominating process because of someone the Repubs. recommended, a Republican named von (something). They claimed he was biased because he required voter ID's in his home state of Georgia. They were encouraged to reject him by NAACP and LaRaza among others. Now we have this week a new ruling from the Supreme Court that grants states the right to require voter ID's. In their writings they say that no voters are discriminated against because of the requirement. The ID's are free. I cannot find any information about any further people being even recommended. The whole thing has apparently just been shelved. The whole mess seems to me to be a ploy to have no one looking into FEC rules and regulations (in a presidential election year with record breaking campaign donations) in order to avoid Hillary Clinton's donations being scrutinized as to her Chinese contributors. I guess she would be immune from criminal prosecution also because of Senate inaction. And who is benefiting from this also- McCain. I think maybe this whole post just might belong in the Tin Foil Hat thread
