You had said that the ladies and gents of the parliament probably didn't know of the unintended consequences when they passed the energy bill- I say that while it was never proven to be a cost effective alternative, they were either dumb or complicit to sign on to the legislation. I don't give them that much credit-I say they were knowingly evil  Well, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I mean, how long have we been told that the debate about AGW (anthropogenic global warming) is over? It's scientific fact? Even I, the cynic that I am..and as is proof positive from my tinfoil hat thread a believer in a conspiracy of behind the scenes operators, can see that some people can and will be mislead in certain instances to do the wrong thing. |

When the the Ice Age ended 10,000 years ago and the glaciers receded leaving this huge thing called Lake Ontario by my house, exactly which humans were responsible for the warming back then?? mouse farts caused the global warming that ended the last ice age. Cuz you know it wasn't the penguins or the polar bears melting the ice caps...I mean they went to the UN to solve that problem just recently, surely they did the same during the last ice age...but rats and mice...now those unscrupulous fellows.... Don't be silly Brian!  Haven't you been keeping up on your reading? It wasn't mouse farts.... It was cow farts!! ;D ;D |

gwtwins - cow farts/mouse farts...both add up to the same thing as far as increasing the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere...and that is absolutely nothing.
If we really want to stop the build up of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, I suggest that we drain the oceans since water vapor is the largest greenhouse gas in the atmosphere.
Just thinkin' out loud here. Brainstorming if you will to save the planet from humans and the like.

How many of you have noticed the cover to the new Time magazine when you go into an office or store? It's the photo of erecting the flag on Iwo Jima, but with a tree instead of a flag. It's so sacrilegious! To replace the flag with anything else is very disrespectful, and this global warming hoax is being shoved down the throats of all people! "How to Win the War on Global Warming" is the title. |

I got an e-mail from the Media Research Center explaining their outrage over desecrating the image of our noble WWII military erecting a tree in the fight against global warming.
